Here are three fun food on a stick ideas.
Caprese Salad on a Stick. With just four ingredients, you can present 'Well would you look at that!' appetizers that will have everyone reaching for them. Thread 1 cherry tomato, 1 small ball of fresh mozzarella, 1 basil leaf, 1 sun-dried tomato, and another cherry tomato onto a cocktail stick. Repeat, placing easy skewer onto a serving platter. When all skewers are assembled, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Nutrients include: fiber, folate, magnesium, potassium, and vitamins A, C, and K.
